I’ve got that one, kinda decided to keep it but I do want a baritone/bass iv so could still be tempted

This has an off center maple top too. I wonder if this is common with model.

that seems to be the case, to be honest i'd not noticed until you mentioned, although my right arm blocks the view when I'm playint it , and it is a fab instrument, just wish it was a hardtail
