Saw him at Sweden rock in June. The band is so groovy and in the pocket they could get a corpse dancing.

By chance today I saw they have his Fender signature model at GuitarGuitar.  Nice guitar, but not cheap (and I don't think it's even a Custom Shop model).

I love the colour, but a Tele with a TOM bridge and stop bar is an affront to humanity.

662 is a very good modern blues album (won a Grammy so not just my opinion) and Chris seems like a nice chap. Amazing to me that someone from Clarksdale, one of the iconic blues towns, name checks Gary Moore. Admittedly he isn’t reinventing the wheel but he does what he does very well and isn’t let down by his vocals unlike a few similar artistes who might be mentioned. 

Big Prince fan as well, hence the purple guitars.

I really like Chris but given the fact he was playing Hey Joe, inevitable comparisons will be made to players of a similar style, and an obvious one is Ted Horowitz (aka Popa Chubby).  Both large gents and both bluesmen and Hendrix interpreters.  Ted is to my mind a better player but given Chris is a relative yoof, he'll doubtless get even better.

I saw Popa Chubby in London pre-lockdown and he was bloody fantastic.  Seemed like a nice bloke as well.  I'd like to see Chris too.
