Yes you are probably right, my guess was based off a quick look at amparchives serial numbers vs years.

Well, the JTM has officially left the building and due to a combination of timing (and my ineptitude) the Cornell 45/50 that @Moe_Zambeek mentioned above has now sold. 

So, now to the chase for something else!
