I had to take that stuff years ago when I had labyrinthitis. 

It was chronic for a while - I'd move my head and the room would spin and I'd wobble over.

The band I was in had a gig at Bridgewater Hall in Manc and I keeled over mid song and face planted on the stage. Had to finish the set sitting on a chair...!!!

I think the guys in the video above were taking something a bit more mind expanding than stematil when they came up with that contraption
