What are the essential albums/songs to listen to for Jeff Skunk Baxter?

Isn't he the one playing the solo on Steely Dan's "Boston Rag"? 

Whoever that is, it's a fabulous solo- someone pushing themselves right to the limit.

Why did I not know that - I kind of thought it was Elliot Randall but never really checked on this - I like the solo
