Anything known? Chap on another forum has bought one for $25 and says it hums badly. SState OP stage? A schematic would be most welcome.

Are you sure you have the model number correct? I seem to remember looking to buy a TD70 back in the day when they were being advertised by Dave Murray of Iron Maiden. It was a hybrid amp, a 12ax7 in the preamp and solid state power amp.

Ah, I had one of these as my first amp! Bought second hand in the mid 90s. Single 12ax7 in preamp and solid state power amp.

pretty fizzy and not particularly nice IIRC, so it got moved on after about a year or two.
