Sold - E10 Korean Squier Stratocaster 1987

For Sale : Squier Stratocaster - Made in Korea E10 Serial No. 1987/1988

From the first year of the production at Young Chang Factory in Korea after moving production from Japan.
Alder body with Maple Top and Back, probably close to 8 lbs and a Maple 21 Fret C shape neck, Rosewood
fingerboard at 9.5" radius, Wilkinson Saddles as the original Fender Saddles were seized . . I've kept them
if you want to soak them in WD40 to free them off . . . Also has Gotoh Tuners, and the distinctive black block
roller string trees, as well as a full fat tremolo block.

New strings fitted, the frets are fine, no buzzing, but it would benefit from a fret dress at some point.
Comes with Case, Strap & Tremolo Arm  . . . Collection from OL2 7QT preferred 

I had to change the pickups as the original pickups were terrible, plus one had already been replaced by a previous owner . . . I picked up a loaded scratchplate with some budget Alnico 5 Magnets and the Stratocaster sounds tons better now. I've kept the original pickups & scratchplate in case anyone feels the need for self torture and wants to revert it back  . .
