Idle curiosity: discussion thread moved IN to classifieds

I'll freely admit this is largely a work-avoidance question rather than anything that's causing me servere angst, but I was wondering why northern_guit's thread on the communities success or otherwise with shifting gear here was moved in to the Guitar £ topic?

I get that it's a discussion purely about the nature of the classifieds here, but at the same time, I thought the general rule was FS/WTB/WTT only in those £ topics, with active discussion frowned upon.

After an afternoon writing PnP Powershell scripts it's as much about sanity checking myself as anything else ...
