Anyone know how to embed instagram?

I did a search and there are 2 or 3 posts that have successfully embedded it.

There is also a giant thread of help which mentions instagram, but doesn't explain what to do.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The forum software does most of it for you, you can just add the direct link to the post.

i did that by clicking on the 3 dots at the top of the post and selecting the "Copy Link" option

the link looked like this, I added spaces after https: so the forum would show it

What sharing option are you using, Wez? Your link has "ig_web_copy_link" in it, and mine doesnt...
