The clearout continues, I'm resolved to thinning the collection (or rather I've started to get used to the space).  Some of these I've had for a very long time, you would be encouraged to collect in person and try them out.  More info to follow.

As before,  a headline and a pic for each item but I'll type up full descriptions for anyone who is seriously interested.

Here Goes....

It's quite a strong red in real life. I've just played it again this morning and I'm wondering what else could go instead (it's a birth year guitar that I wasn't going to sell).  :)

I've had it a while but strangely, that's one that I never bonded with... even though I love fat necks. I can't fault it so maybe I'm just getting old and fussy about heavy relic finishes. :)

I've just noticed your Panda avatar.  Don't get into playing lap steel... it's gives you an excuse to buy loads more stuff and they fit in the gaps between your guitars (I was up to 11 last count!)  ;)

The Hillage touches a nerve, my perfect Strat, big neck, Tele' headstock,  Lindy Fralin Real 54s, I got it perfect... then let it go... then missed it a lot... then built another to exactly the same specs... then I was happy... then I got offered the original back... then I couldn't resist... then I had two perfect (for me) Strats!!  ;)

They are now home with me awaiting a miracle / lottery win / etc. A totally original 63/64 Epiphone Texan (the same as Mr McCartney wrote Yesterday & many other on) - still with the sticker on the headstock from Frank Hessy Ltd where the Beatles bought their instruments.
and a 1969 Telecaster that's always been played with 8's so there is almost zero fret or fingerboard wear.
