HTML editor on mobile

Is there any way to enable the HTML editor when accessing the site on a mobile? I've selected "full site" at the bottom of the page, but still get only the rich text editor.

The HTML editor is particularly useful for adding links to my signature.

Think if you go to the full site view which is a link at the bottom of the page that should allow you to do it.
