Literally just for running some notation software. My only requirement is that it doesn't stall/freeze or anything, and has a relatively decent battery life.

    Yes, yes.. still working on it!

    It's a Toshiba Satellite i3. 8gb, 128gb SSD, Win 10 pro.

    Not sure if the network port is functioning ( on wifi atm), and the lettering on some of the keys has succumbed to my wife's claws.

    Just backing  it up now to reset it. Let me know if it's of any interest
