Headrush frfr input 2 doesn’t work?

Bought this brand new at the start of the year, only used input 1 all this time. I now have cause to use input 2 but it’s not working at all? I get nothing from it?? I guess too late to complain to the place I bought it from, what can I do about it? I doubt I have receipts or anything this far on. Tempted to get the screwdrivers out and look for a loose wire …

Dodgy input socket. It works some of the time with a 1/4 cable half out.

Although it was sealed/brand new, I got it off eBay, so they probably won't offer any warranty as it's not via an official reseller. I have messaged them, I'll probably try and order a spare part.
