Mortgage Offered Accepted!

Thanks all for your lucky plops over the last few weeks - turns out it worked, as I've just had word this morning that our Mortgage offer was accepted. 

Now we have a few weeks of back and forth with the solicitors to try and prove we aren't laundering money with our deposit (FFS!), and will hopefully be exchanging by the end of the month.

We bought a flat 7 years ago which we're going to rent out now. We've enjoyed living there and have great neighbours/friends, but it's fecking small and will be nice to have space and a proper kitchen!

3 storey town house. 3/4 bed depending on whether we want loads of living space (i.e. two lounges) or not. 

As it's brand new, we get to pick everything and didn't have to pay for stamp duty, carpets or £5k of our deposit. Hopefully be in by march/april.
