FS: Fender Jim Root Jazzmaster 2022 - Flat Black [£1,100 - reduced]
What's Hot
Hi Guys,
Selling my American Jim Root Jazzmaster,
bought in Feb '23, was an RMA from untouched Fender stock after the first I bought from the store had some scratches on the finish. Played lightly at home and not much since buying a strandberg a couple months later so it's mostly been in its case for that time.
Mint condition, slight usage around the bridge typical for a satin finish and a small chip that hasn't gone through the finish near the pickup switch, but other than that it's basically brand new. Still have all the case candy that can be included.
Looking for around £1,200 [£1,100 collection] with postage included, but happy to take reasonable offers.
No trades on account of it being sold to fund an E-II I'm having imported from the outlet store in Japan.
Any questions, feel free to DM
Cheers.

I'm intrigued, what's the E-II you are getting?
Probably sounds a bit silly but all the curved edges and the Fender headstock didn't inspire me much in way of the cold Nordic winter, and I never really bonded with it.
Helps that I played an E-II M-I at the guitarguitar in Camden next to their Jim Root and found the neck profile/string through TOM really comfortable to play on. A few people I'd asked recommended an ARROW between the two and, aesthetically, I feel like it brings a sense of focus toward the genre it's intended to be used for.
Will write up a brief description w.r.t the tonal profile/characteristics of the Jim Root and my reasons for selling in the OP
