don't you just hate it when you hear part of a song, and it sticks in your head all day and you can't think what it is.

Todays song of choice is (I think by DIO, but I can't think of the title).

Pah.

What's more annoying is when you can't remember which bit of a song it was that had you wondering what it was in the first place.

I recently heard a song I'd never heard before. Just a short phrase over a chord change seemed familiar. I sussed it was one of the songs on Fleetwood Mac's Rumours, but I'd have to get the LP out & listen to it before I could tell you the title. Except my phono stage is knackered ...

Oh well, I guess it's an evening of listening to Dio albums until I find it........

If it was Maiden, I'd probably know it word-for-word, what album it's off and who wrote it.

I do know the song, I just can't remember the name.
