Anyone know how I can stop notifications from an individual thread please? @admin ?

Is the star icon (top right) highlighted? If so, un-star it and you should stop receiving notifications. I think that should work.

If it’s a thread you started you can’t. Otherwise just as @rickd2112a says. 

You can edit this thread and move it to another category, such as help and feedback, by hitting the little black cog on your OP.

If you're viewing the forum on mobile, you don't get the star on the threads, and need to click the star on the thread list.

Didn't start the thread and don't have the star on

For your own threads, what I do is change my master settings to not notify me to comments on threads I start, then manually click the star to subscribe when I do start a thread. That way I can switch off individual ones if I want to

In which case unset “Notify me when people comment in a thread I’ve participated in” in your Notification Preferences, then star any threads you do want to be notified about:
