I may change my mind on one or either of the next two which are stunning. 

SOLD - PRS Modern Eagle V Wood Library in river blue. Limited model with 10 top, ebony board and satin maple neck. From SAF and cost £6199. In unused condition. The best PRS model in my view with the Paul’s guitar humbuckers and true single coil centre. This has one of the best non private stock tops I’ve ever seen.
Asking £4,000 firm, which is less than a core and a huge discount. Unplayed condition 

On hold- PRS Modern Eagle 1 - Brazilian board and neck. The absolute Holy Grail of PRS guitars and probably the guitar next likely to fetch burst prices, given the rarity of Brazilian wood. PRS no longer even offer Private Stock Brazilian necks to the UK because of CITES.
Good played condition. As ever, the blue has faded nicely, but not too much so there's no blue left. Original RP pickups (£1k alone on the open market). It's a classic single cut style tone machine. Brilliant for blues/classic rock. Form an orderly queue as they rarely come up. £5k firm.
