Hi all,

I came across this online store: https://www.mercury-av.com/. They have an item I want that isn’t currently available elsewhere.

But I’m a bit wary as I’ve never heard of them before. Anyone have any experience of this company or can help shed any light?

Not heard of them, but they have an address shown, and a phone number with the right area code for that address. The T&Cs have a slightly grumpy air about them but they mention compliance with the consumer wotsit act.

Nothing looks obviously dodgy from a quick scan, but you should of course satisfy yourself and not rely on a loon on the internet saying it looks OK.

Maybe give them a ring on the premise of making sure it's in stock?

I've used them a couple of times they've been fine.   First time I rang them up to check some details before ordering and they were helpful.
That's a couple of years ago though.

Thanks chaps. Yeah, I’ll give them a call tomorrow… It amazes me that I keep discovering new-to-me companies in the music tech area. How do they all survive??
