SOLD 1974 Gibson SG Standard

A couple of months ago I travelled to Carlisle to buy this SG from @imalrightjack (Steve). Great guitar, great guy.
Some of you may have read the backstory to the guitar, it's an interesting read, I'd recommend it!

The guitar had a bad neck break, and Steve decided to comission Haydon Williams (Williams Guitars) to make a new neck for it.

The new neck's made of Wenge, with original ebony fretboard. The neck replicates early 70's SG's, slim and narrow. It's a beautiful neck, really comfy. (Original faceplate/back of the neck supplied so you can see the Gibson logo. Can just make out the original serial number).
Pickups are handwound P90s made by Haydon too. Original bridge, Gotoh locking tuners.
Body shows signs of wear as can be seen from the photos - nearly 50 years old, it's reilc'd naturally through playing!
Supplied with an Epi hardcase. 
I'm only selling because as much as i have tried to play an ebony fretboard, it's just not for me. I'm gutted, because the neck profile is exactly what i wanted, the guitar is exactly what i wanted. But I'm playing my 61 re-issue SG instead simply because of the fretboard. 
£1000 plus delivery, just want back what i paid. Collect from Durham in North-East, or may be able to deliver/meet within reason. I can courier, using Lenspeed Logistics (ex-roadie turned courier) costs £55.

Ha, not this time @roberty The neck is amazing but too narrow for me. 

It’s a stunning guitar. I genuinely think it’s a bargain.
