WTB - boutique Strat type

After various discussions and demos, I have a hankering to try a non-Fender boutique built Strat - a la Mike Smith, Fraser Guitars, California Artist, Xotic etc. So thought it worth a mention, y'know just in case someone is thinking of moving one on.

Unfortunately I am a little choosy with specification, so not holding out much hope - but just in case...

60s model and thin C neck (circa 790 / 930 thickness, 9.5 / 10 radius, Medium Jumbo frets)
Must be under 8lbs in weight
Nitro finish, preferably a relic
Preferably a rosewood board
Single coil pickups
