Pancake jack plugs

Can people recommend a reliable source for them? Ideally the smaller the better.

I probably need about 8 or 10.

I like SIS or Lava plugs, they actually do not take up that much room, no more than pancake ones really and easily stagger them because they are small.

Those do look great but they'd be £50 for 10.

Thinking again about it, space is not really a problem... it just looks neater, I guess.

Best are the Switchcraft 229, then squareplug only if you really need the space.
Rean stuff is generally decent, have used their straight jacks.

I had forgotten that I have actually used some REAN plugs in the past and had a couple left so I've gone ahead and ordered some more.

Precisely where I bought mine. Bought 20 from Copper Cables and some cable from elsewhere for making patch cables.

Save yourself a lot of time.
I bought a bunch of these a while back when they were £8.99 for a box of 6.
Tried them against much more expensive patch cables and we couldn’t hear any difference.
So bought a load more.

That's a great suggestion @Fingers657 and being the pancake and non-molded they can be re-terminated to any length of cable any time you like and repaired should something go wrong. Wiz.

Yes, that should work well for a lot of people.

By the same token, it wouldn't be the best option for many setups for various reasons.
