(Withdrawn) - Fender Stratocaster Refin - Pre CBS

This is a 01/62 Fender Strat, serial number 91XXX.

It started its life as Fiesta Red, someone at some point refinished it Dakota Red and like many other strats they dug a cavity under/through the pickguard for whatever additional wire they were looking for. I had this brought back as much as possible to its original condition, with a true nitro refinish to Fiesta Red. Some additional details below:

-Refinished Fiesta Red over desert coat by Brian Eastwood Guitars (the same who do stuff for Johnny Marr)
-Refret
-New true NOS original vintage decal (the original was partially missing)
-Pickups rewound Neck and Middle
-New nut
-Tuning pegs (MIJ Gotoh). The original tuners were not even worth restoring
-Clay dots
-Aged pat pending saddles
-Repro neck plate - original is included, partly rusted.
-73/74 tone knobs
