There are gig bags - and then there are Mono gig bags.  This is the Vertigo M80, the one featuring in Mono's advert where they put a guitar inside and then throw it off the roof of a building to demonstrate the extraordinary protection a Vertigo offers.  I haven't tried this, but the bag is absolutely on another level in terms of padding, build quality, and overall structural integrity.  And the supersized pocket swallows everything you'd need on a rehearsal or gig.

I can also meet in central London to effect a handover.  Mono bags are IMHO the best £££ can buy.
