USA preferred, but MIJ 'alternatives' considered

Nor really into DC's or juniors or studios, want a proper standard or equivalent.

Condition, finish, colour, unimportant. 2002-2004 a bonus. Extra points for low playing action

Must be willing to post. I have some cool trade options with money either way. I will set a tentative budget at approx £1500 - would prefer a cheaper option if possible
