Bought from Ebay in 2021 for £23 in the mad old days when I had a gaming PC and a not gaming PC. It has three USB ports on the front, two HDMI inputs (one output from each PC) and an HDMI output to one monitor. Comes with two USB cables only. Worked really well, now utterly surplus to requirements. 

Will sell for £10 delivered with PPG.
