I’d quite like to give a Steam Deck a go. I used to PC game a lot, but don’t have the time these days so looking to use my old Steam library on a portable device to see if I can get back into gaming.

Ideally after the OLED refresh, but happy to hear about the LCD one too.

They do sell refurbs on their site but they are a brilliant bit of kit

Keep an eye on Steam website for refurbished, I got the 512gb LCD for £319 and it was like buying new.

The etched glass non reflective screen on the 512gb LCD is superb.

If I had known it's capabilities beforehand I would have purchased one ages ago.

Thanks. I’ll keep an eye on the refurb site. Glad to hear they’re good and not just gathering dust!

Do either of you play games like Civilization or Total War on them? Just wondering if it’s more geared to FPS.
