3 points : @Bellycaster : Nice stereo effect on the guitar, melodic and a good triplet feel. A good fit to the backing
1 point : @fastonebaz : A very bold and imaginative entry.
3pts @flying_pie super sounds some great phrasing
1pts @Bellycaster cool beans
Soooo busy this month
A nudge to the following entrants that haven't voted yet.
@Bellycaster
@Bennyboy-UK ;
@flying_pie
Also @susbemol, as it's his backing track, or would he prefer to donate his vote to TFF ?
3 points @fastonebaz - barking mad but super creative
1 point @Bennyboy-UK - some tasty lines in amongst the whammy bar madness
5 pts @stratman3142 - I really enjoyed the pastiche and robbery - tones and style were spot on - very worthy tribute to the original:)
3 pts @fastonebaz I couldn’t ignore this one it’s bloody inhinged and all the more enjoyable for it. You have very competent legato technique and timing metered perfectly for everything you played. Whammy nonsense was great!
1 pt I couldn’t split you @flying_pie and @Bellycaster. Super solid playing over the backing I felt they were both pretty similar in feel and composition to each other.
Great stuff chaps - can’t believe you bang in entries every month!!!
At the moment I'm looking for:
* Hamer Watson, SS2, Vintage S, T62.
* Music Man Luke 1, Luke II
Please drop me a message.
3 Points @Bennyboy-UK - Slightly more rocky approach with some great licks, cool tone.
1 Point @fastonebaz - This has to be included for the outright outlandishness. Loved the engine rev vibe going on at the end.
Don't know about @stratman3142 , that solo would never have made the record
