Faux News in the US were linking the collision of the cargo ship with the bridge and immigration at the southern border.
News these days must be filtered through the lens of who is paying the bills. 

Possibly more interesting are the responses to the charges. S.O.P to try to turn the blame onto someone else, usually law enforcement and the justice system.
