Low profile amp stand?

I sometimes gig with a 1x12 combo and I’d like to angle it up a little.   Most of the amp stand I’ve seen are much bigger than I’d like to use - I just want to angle it and possibly lift it a few inches.    

Anyone seen or use anything like that?

Good idea about the 2x2 
I had a Stagg Amplifier Monitor Stand (gave it away to a member here to help with young kids learning music).
They're pretty cheap & do the job.

I use a couple of furniture floor protectors stacked on top of each other put under each of the front feet on the cab.
The Laney Lionheart range had a very neat built in stand that did the job perfectly

When I need to, I've been using one of these for approx 15 years. It's light, folds flat and does the job really well.

If its an open back cab you can use velcro to stick the 2x2 inside on the base so its always there ready to use.

This is what I was going to suggest yeah.

A block of wood sounds smart too though, probably maintain the connection with the stage better if you like that reinforcing the low end a bit.

I sit my amp on my pedalboard flightcase (Pedaltrain Classic 1) and tilt it up with a couple of wooden wedges which I made and painted black. The wedges are small enough to fit in the case with the pedalboard.

I got one of these following your recommendation after reading this thread. It's really good! It's a lot more stable than it looks in the pictures, is adjustable over three possible angles and folds up nicely. Thanks for that!

I use this for my deluxe reverb, no tilt but lifts it a bit, could stick a stop of wood along the front edge to tilt
