How to play chord fills

I had a recent request to make a video about chord fills, for beginners. I decided this is a good opportunity to help unify a few concepts that beginners usually learn individually, without knowing how they join together:

• scale patterns
• chord-scale relationship
• intervals

Intervals being the real key to being able to choose the right note at the right time.

The video has an example for a major chord, minor chord, as well as a 1-4-5 progression.

I hope you all find it useful in improving your playing and bringing clarity to some of the questions around applying scales and self-expression through the instrument.
