The new(ish) Diamond Drive - what do we know?

These are currently on sale for £150 at Andertons and I'm on the lookout for an overdrive to go with my PRRI, so my interest is piqued. But I don't know anything about them as there's little said about them on any forums, and I'm curious about a couple of things.

It says the overdrive is two stage - what do they mean by this?
Are they a diode clipper or transistor OD?

Again - just curious if anyone knows.

Is it a reissue of one of their previous pedals pre the company folding? The brand was subsequently bought/revived by Solidgoldfx (I think) who have brought out new versions of their older pedals. 

I say that because there may be more reviews online of the original version that might give you an idea. Having said I have both old and new versions of the Memory Lane Jr and they are slightly different.
