I’m mega happy with my Les Lius & Palmer solid metal for all my drive duties….but, I’ve been looking for this special limited edition Hudson for literally years….One finally came up on Reverb….but it was half the world away in Seoul of all places. The seller had great feedback so I put an offer in….offer accepted my wait began. It arrived super fast and in amazing packaging that even our very our @Wazmeister would be hard pressed to beat (high praise indeed) 

1st impressions…..it sounds  brilliant & I’m very happy…the Les Lius is going nowhere but the 999 is more touch sensitive and super versatile with the treble and bass controls the Les Lius doesn’t have. It’s dead silent in operation with lots of volume on tap if required but sounds fab at low level. My Palmer Solid metal is a bit of a 1 trick pony super saturated type of distortion, so the 999 fits in right between the Les Lius and Palmer……pics…
