When Red shoots Mr Kaplan 
  She’s such an ace character it was thousands times more worse than when Liz died  , just the fact that Mr Kaplan (Kate) was so loyal & trustworthy  , but he couldnt trust her again & she’s such an intricate part of his empire .  This scene coupled with Gordon Lightfoots song damn near broke my heart .
