Two very special and unique amps for sale

Firstly, a Dan Gower modded Marshall JVM 205H with Marshall 1936v 2 x 12 cab
I purchased the amp from this forum and took the amp to Dan Gower to implement his legendary JVM mod + choke mod + Power amp EQ control. This is no ordinary JVM.
-Improved articulation and clarity
- Gain channels more open and less compressed
- More Classic Marshall mid-range
- Sounds killer at any volume level
- More usable gain on each channel + more warmth and dynamics
- The choke installation (like all vintage Marshalls) makes the amp more articulate, responsive and gives more headroom
- The power amp EQ control will take the amp from warm/darker to raw and aggressive like a vintage Marshall
I also recently had the transformer changed by Hamstead amps, which provides a completely buzz-free operation.
JVM Head now sold.

It's very difficult to price an amp like this. Standard used JVM's seem to go for around £500-£600. The Gower mods and transformer upgrade cost around £800.

I am offering the JVM Head for £950 and the 1936v Cab for £275
Both for £1,150

EDIT: It's tricky to price the Dan Gower JVM but I may have overpriced. Now priced at a very sensible £775.

Secondly, a Dr Z Maz 38-Watt Senior NR Head with upgrades.
Picked this up here from the forum in January. Here is the thread with full description https://www.thefretboard.co.uk/discussion/257496/sold#latest
This is essentially a Maz 38 NR with added Reverb (sound incredible) and a power scaling attenuator on the rear.
£1,150
Now £999 final price for a quick sale

Both amps have been gigged by me and sound equally as good at gig volume in the mix as they do at home. A reluctant sale and both priced to sell.

Trades for Carr Mercury V considered. Small combo is appealing for the lounge (according to Mrs Onpar).

Is the Marshall cab ply or mdf?
Hi, no idea I'm afraid. I bought it used from a shop and there were no details regarding material type. Maybe this will help.

It's not straight forward question. I've looked through that thread already, and it seems the only reliable way is to look inside. All the ones with gut shots on eBay and Reverb atm appear to be mdf.

Don't go to any trouble though. I am considering one of these cabs, but having thought about it you are probably a bit too far away. By the time I've factored in travel time it will spoil the bargain price.
