Strangely, despite not knowing the name, I find myself more upset by this than the passing of more familiar figures. I guess because of the significance of that picture.

Died while piloting a plane at age 90. That's sad, but what a way to go for a pilot, astronaut & shooter of one of the most iconic amateur photo's ever taken. RIP
