HX Stomp + Focusrite + Mac - Hearing mono only - Now Fixed

My recording/playing set up is an HX Stomp > Focusrite 18i20 > Mac Mini (Studio One is my DAW). I use the Left & Right Outputs from the Stomp into 2 of the Focusrite's channels.

With a stereo track set up in Studio One, I hear (and can record) the proper stereo output signal from the Stomp.
However, if I don't open Studio One, I only hear a mono output.

How can I hear the stereo output from the Stomp without having Studio One open? I presume I must need to change something with the Focusrite and Mac but I'm not sure how or what.
I think it's possibly to do with the Scarlett Mix Control but I can't seem to figure it out.

Any help appreciated.
