The Modern Custom Silver Nova arrived yesterday.  Promptly tuned to Drop C and it's absolutely tremendous.  I was hesitant to get a painted neck and FR but it's stunning.  So good to play, effortless and sounds just right.  Happy.  Another plus one for Squealing Pig Guitars, whatever the pitchfork-wielding mob might think.  Jack is always a good guy to deal with.  @jasonbone75 - appreciate the help with string tension!

The Standard Legacy came in trade today and it's also a really great guitar.  I suspect the more vintage neck (it's still a fast player) and 22 frets will consign it to the onward sale/trade pile but, for now, I am going to enjoy it.  The arrival is badly-timed with the Nova coming though.

It's fair to say, I really do love Suhr guitars.

Re-read your post- Didn’t notice the finish is called silver nova - reminds me a bit of a faded PRS whale blue hence my comment - at least that’s how it looks on my phone

Suhrs absolutely rule. Both of those are tremendous. 

I sorely miss an Antique Modern I had a while back. Haunts me that I sold it. The Classic Pro I’ve been rocking since 2016 is an absolute weapon so makes up for it. 

Excellent scores, sir. 

A Modern with a Floyd is definitely in my future at some point.

@Kittyfrisk In my defence, three of the guitars in the keeper list remain! Well, four - but one is for sale. 

I am, yet again, at the ‘this is it’ stage, with the Legacy an absolute ‘wobble’ guitar, much like the satin Suhr was then. 

I’ve three with a dealer and two others (and an acoustic) for sale. Maybe the Legacy. Then I’ll have 4 x Suhr and 2 x Williams. 

Trust me, I have words with that fella daily. He pretends to be reasonable but we can’t get along
