TQ & MM Clinic - Laney Loudpedals

Had the pleasure of seeing Tom Quayle and Martin Miller up close at a clinic last night. Both were using the new Laney pedal amp and I have to say, especially with Tom, that the tone he achieved from it was superb. 

As he said a few times, virtually indistinguishable from a tube amp with real dynamics and feel. From where I sat in the room (about 12ft away) it sounded great.

May have to take a proper look at one of these.

Needless to say the pair of them were staggeringly good!

Were they playing through cabinets?  Or via the DI out into PA speakers (or equivalent)?

Played through a regular Laney 1 x 12 passive cab. Tom does a DI demo on his Youtube channel.
