WTB PRS SE Trem Arm and Truss Rod Cover

Bit of a long shot on the TRC, I know. Picked up an abused Tremonti limited edition and some previous owner decided it would be a good idea to superglue the truss rod cover down. Inevitably when I tried to remove it, it snapped. 

Also need to replace the lost trem arm. I believe they’re 4.5mm but don’t take my word for it. 

Again, I know it’s a long shot and I’ll likely just buy some new replacements but I figured I’d ask here first.
