    I'm sure the essential kit will all be on dual-conversion UPSs with generators; ATC, tower, runway lights, navigation aids etc.  Baggage belts, passport control, security, shops etc would be unlikely to be on anything but the mains.  They would need millions of pounds worth of kit to keep everything up during an outage.  It's entirely possible but then you'd be paying £19.99 for a cup of tea and a bacon roll.
