I have a Morningstar MC6 PRO that I wish to add a double aux switch to purely to change bank up and down.
I have a basic soldering iron and a bright onion double switch that I don’t use.
the advice from Morningstar is the foot switches need to be momentary non latching and normally open.
Are these those?

Which is just gobblegook to me.
Can anyone tell me in very simple language what switches and socket I need and how to wire them together please ?
TIA.

If so then you can indeed swap the existing ones for those momentary ones.
The diodes are I think only needed to add a third switch to a TRS cable.
Possibly something to do with settings in the Morningstar.
Life is complicated !
All working now.
