Really? What was different? Looked the same one to me tbh.

I was going to say it was a waste of a decent looking car, but the floor pan had some serious problems by the look of it.

No engine, no fluids ... :-) The rear mounted engine in those VWs are pretty tough .. the back just got chewed up like paper.

I'd say the engine and fluids were removed before destroying the vehicle (And the filming) Note there is a gap between the car being parked and it being moved.

Most areas have laws to say that any vehicle has to be disposed of without any fluids in it.
