Absolutely sick of these greedy bedroom dealer types. I can tolerate shops making a profit as they provide some kind of service, have overheads, VAT and employ people. This notion of lowballing and reselling aggressively as if it’s clever stinks of what is wrong with society. Every ad on YouTube someone trying to sell an ebook on how to buy property with no money and then to rip people off. Sign of the times. Bullshit.
