  • I used to do sunbeds - I have to say it is so nice to have colour on you when everyone around you is pasty!! Although saying that we went to Brands Hatch the one year and everyone was burnt to a crisp after a day in the sun watching the motorbikes and it didn't burn I just went browner so suppose it is worse to burn!!

But the run in the sunshine (which I also do through out the winter) will keep you going!! Make sure about 500 metres from home you push for a good anaerobic blast which will give you a good surge of happy hormone then cool down for the last 200 metres.

I'm starting this tomorrow morning. (Just the early rise and exercise) I'll probably just go on the treadmill at the gym.

Exercise.  It takes a week or two to start kicking in but the buzz is awesome !  Makes antidepressants seem like fucking smarties.

Also, LIDL have a light-alarm-clock thingy on specials this week, £19.99.

Offset "(Emp) - a little heavy on the hyperbole."
