Can anyone recommend a cheap/free soundboard app (Windows or iOS) ?

Looking for something similar to Soundboard Studio.. which is a bit pricey.

Aim is to trigger audio files.. tracks and sound fx.  Ideally with ability to play more than one at same time and adjust individual volume.
