Sadly, the success went to their heads, which promptly disappeared up their own backsides...and then they released OK Computer. As far as I'm concerned, it was basically made up of all the skip tracks that were missing from The Bends.
I was unimpressed from that point forwards.
A Moon Shaped Pool and King of Limbs need me to be the right mood. KOL was much better live, as are a lot of their records. I never saw the AMSP tour so not sure how those went across.

For me (today at least)
OK Computer
In Rainbows
Hail To The Thief
The Bends
Kid A
A Moon Shaped Pool
Amnesiac
Pablo Honey
The King of Limbs
I probably like In Rainbows more than OK Computer now but OK Computer had such a massive effect on me it has to be at the top.
HTTT is underrated.
Pablo Honey never really hooked me and as for TKoL, well I've never managed to gel with it.
Wall Of Eyes
Jonny and Thom are still killing it with Tom Skinner.
The rest of their stuff isnt my cuppa tea though, I listen to it but the impact just wasnt there as much as The Bends.
In Rainbows
Kid A
Amnesiac
The Bends
I think people who like Radiohead fall into three camps.
One, they like everything they do.
Two, they prefer the guitar based stuff much more than the electronica stuff.
Three, they prefer the electronica stuff more than the guitar stuff.
Personally I fall into one. The Bends was excellent but the stuff they did with synths and drum machines after that was phenomenal and really separated them from the other bands of their peer group.
