The sE Electronics Reflexion Filter is ideal for recording vocals and I have also used it for recording acoustic guitar.  This is a portable vocal booth that will isolate your microphone from unwanted room noise.

sE Electronics advise that the Reflexion Filter is composed of nine layers, which all contribute to ensure that you get less of the sound you don’t want and more of the sound you do. The Reflexion Filter comes with an adjustable heavy-duty microphone stand clamp and vertical bar for attaching any standard-fitting shock mount.

I have owned the Reflexion Filter since new and it has had very little use. It is in mint condition and comes in the original box.
