Watched this last night...fairly naff film ...but some great padding provided by Jeff Healey . Wonderful player , sadly missed.

The whole concept of tearing a man's throat out, it's like some kind of death nip.

Trainspotter observation: when the Jeff Healey Band are playing "Confidence Man" in the film, they are miming to a different version from the one on the "See the Light" album, and it wasn't included on the soundtrack album. Also I think the version of 'Hoochie Coochie Man' is different in the film from the soundtrack album.

Haven't seen the film for years, but i'm big fan of Jeff. 

My old blues band used to cover Confidence Man. We all loved it, although I'm not sure it was either recognised by an audience!

Saw him live just the once, at the Wulfrun in Wolverhampton. Got on the rail and he was amazing to watch.

The idea of Pat Swayze being a bounce is laughable........

Jeff Healey was an awesomes bluesman. A lot of guitarists would do well to learn from him. Myself included.
