Just convince MrsTheWeary that she will be also available for au pair duties and at Xmas that is not to be sniffed at, that might swing it for you(or maybe not).

I have already sorted out what to give my mum.

My sister knows what's on my amazon wish list, and I shall soon find out what's on hers.

LOL tell her to do some weight training to punch through the heavy cake and wear tight undies to stop fruit ingress to unwanted places @EricTheWeary or use a giant Yule log (not of the FB lucky poos variety though).

Watch that work romances dude they can lead to a dark place (I know you are jesting BTW, I think). A mate or two shat on their own doorsteps so to speak and it never went well for anyone.

Actually it was sheets a couple of years ago. And a bath towel for my birthday. I shit ye not.

Well completely blew the budget on the kids today. Daughter getting a Yamaha electric violin with a thd amp (joint Xmas and 16th bday present) Son is getting a Yamaha gig master Jazz drum kit.
